Tuna Melt Recipe
Ingredients
| Rye bread slice | 4 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Tuna-1 can (7-oz)-drained, flaked | ||
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Celery-1 tablespoon-chopped | ||
| Tomato Slices | 4 | |
| Alfalfa sprouts-1 package (2-oz) | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 2 | |
| Muenster cheese-2 ounces-sliced | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the square griddle on medium heat for 2 minutes
MAKING
2. Butter one side of the bread
3. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise and celery and blend well
4. Spread this mixture onto the unbuttered sides of the bread
5. Spread the tomato, sprouts, lettuce, and cheese in that order on top of the tuna/mayo mixture.
6. Place the sandwiches on the griddle until its golden-brown

7. Serve hot
