Ingredients

 Green onions1/3 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 1/2 cup drained canned artichoke hearts, chopped
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground red pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Albacore tuna1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 2 (2-ounce) English muffins, split and toasted
 Provolone cheese6 Tablespoon, shredded

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine a quarter cup of green onions, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, albacore tuna, oregano, pepper, olive oil and red pepper; stir them all well to blend
2. Divide this mixture between muffin halves and sprinkle cheese evenly
3. Place them all on baking sheets and broil for five minyutes or less, till golden

SERVING
4. Sprinkle the remaining green onions on top and serve
