Tuna Loaf Special Recipe

Ingredients
1 12 1/2 to 13-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups fresh white-bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce
3 eggs, separated
Creamy Pea Sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients and egg yolks. In small bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into tuna mixture; spoon into 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" greased loaf pan.
2. Bake mixture 35 minutes or until knife inserted into loaf comes out clean. Meanwhile, make Creamy Pea Sauce.
