Tuna Jack Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Green olives - 8 pimento- stuffed, sliced | ||
| Gherkins - 6 midget, sweet, chopped | ||
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Dill | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Celery salt | 1 To taste | |
| Eggs- 2 hard-cooked , peeled and sliced | ||
| Paprika - to taste | ||
| Bibb or Boston lettuce - as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a small mixing bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
2) Blend in the capers, olives and gherkins and capers.
3) Then stir in the mayonnaise, pepper, celery salt and dill, blend well.
4) Garnish with the sliced eggs and sprinkle with the paprika.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
SERVING
6) Serve chilled on individual serving plates.
