 Pimento stuffed green olives8 , sliced
 Gherkins6 , chopped (Midget, Sweet)

 Fresh dill2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
 Celery salt To Taste
 Hard-cooked eggs2 , peeled and sliced
 Paprika To Taste
 Bibb lettuce/Boston lettuce1 (As Required)

1) In a small mixing bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
2) Blend in the capers, olives and gherkins and capers.
3) Then stir in the mayonnaise, pepper, celery salt and dill, blend well.
4) Garnish with the sliced eggs and sprinkle with the paprika.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

6) Serve chilled on individual serving plates.
