Ingredients

 Tuna2 Can (10oz)
 Green olives - 8 pimento- stuffed, sliced
 Gherkins - 6 midget, sweet, chopped
 Capers1 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise6 Tablespoon
 Dill2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Black pepper1 To taste
 Celery salt1 To taste
 Eggs- 2 hard-cooked , peeled and sliced
 Paprika - to taste
 Bibb or Boston lettuce - as required

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small mixing bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
2) Blend in the capers, olives and gherkins and capers.
3) Then stir in the mayonnaise, pepper, celery salt and dill, blend well.
4) Garnish with the sliced eggs and sprinkle with the paprika.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve chilled on individual serving plates.
