Ingredients

 Lettuce leaves4
 Tuna1 Can (10oz), drained
 Fruit4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
 Fruit Dressing
 Lemon1 Can (10oz)
 Orange juice2 Tablespoon
 Ground cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Over a large platter or 4 individual plates line with lettuce leaves, if desired.
2. Arrange tuna and desired fruit in a decorative design over lettuce.
3. Sprinkle almonds over salad if desired.
4. For Fruit Dressing in a small bowl stir together yogurt, orange juice and cinnamon until well blended.
SERVING
5. Serve dressing with salad.
