Tuna Fish Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Rice Bran | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , chopped | |
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Pickle | 1 , minced | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
| Lettuce | ||
| 8 slices whole-wheat bread | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a small bowl, add tuna along with mustard, mayonnaise, rice bran, yogurt, green onions, tomato, pickle and celery. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place 4 bread slices on a serving plate and top with lettuce.
3. Place alfalfa sprouts and tuna on the top and cover with rest of the bread slices.
SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
