 Tuna1 Can (10oz)
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground red pepper1 Dash
 Onion2 Teaspoon, finley chopped
 Prepared horseradish1 1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
 Cucumbers2
 48 Melba toast rounds
 12 pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced

Directions

MAKING
1. Take tuna fish and drain them. Flake them and combine with salt, red pepper, mayonnaise, horseradish, onion and mustard.
2. Score and peel the cucumber with tines of fork and thinly slice them.
3. For making each canapé, position the cucumber slice on the toast round and heap it with tuna mixture in the center and top it with olive slice.
4. Take 6 individual paper plates and arrange 8 canapes in a circle. Cook each circl uncovered in microwave for about 30-4 seconds in high flame.

5. Serve as required.
