Tuna Coleslaw with Grapes Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups finely sliced cabbage | ||
| 1 cup seedless grapes or Tokays, Black Ribiers, or Muscats, cut into halves and seeded | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except tuna and mix thoroughly.
Separate tuna chunks and fold in lightly but well.
