Tuna Chowder Florentine Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen creamed spinach in a pouch - 1 (9-oz.) pkg. | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water-pack tuna - 1 (6-1/2-oz.) can, drained, broken up | ||
| Hard-cooked eggs - 2, chopped | ||
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 2 Teaspoon, snipped | |
| Dijon-style mustard - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hard-cooked egg - 1, sliced | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 Remove creamed spinach from pouch.
2 In a deep 2-quart casserole with lid, place the spinach. Cover.
3 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 7 minutes.
4 Stir in milk.
5 Stir in tuna, eggs, pimento, chives, mustard and lemon juice. Cover.
6 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 8 minutes or until hot; stir after 4 minutes.
SERVING
7 Garnish with hard-cooked egg; sprinkle with paprika.
