 Frozen creamed spinach in a pouch - 1 (9-oz.) pkg.
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water-pack tuna - 1 (6-1/2-oz.) can, drained, broken up
 Hard-cooked eggs - 2, chopped
 Pimento2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Chives2 Teaspoon, snipped
 Dijon-style mustard - 2 teaspoons
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Hard-cooked egg - 1, sliced
 Paprika

Directions

MAKING
1 Remove creamed spinach from pouch.
2 In a deep 2-quart casserole with lid, place the spinach. Cover.
3 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 7 minutes.
4 Stir in milk.
5 Stir in tuna, eggs, pimento, chives, mustard and lemon juice. Cover.
6 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 8 minutes or until hot; stir after 4 minutes.

SERVING
7 Garnish with hard-cooked egg; sprinkle with paprika.
