Ingredients

 1/4 cup diced salt pork or bacon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Tuna in oil2 Can (10oz)
 Hot water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Potatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, minced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook salt pork until crisp.
Remove and reserve.
To fat in pan add onion and oil drained from tuna.
Cook until onion is wilted; then add the water and potatoes.
When potatoes are almost tender, add tuna, milk, and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until potatoes are done.
Add salt pork.
Top with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
