Ingredients

 Tuna fish7 Ounce
 3/4 pint white sauce or 10 oz. can tomato or mushroom soup
 12 oz. cooked vegetables such as green peas, sliced carrots, cut celery, sliced onion
 Eggs3 , hardboiled
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 Lemon juice
 Tomato slices
 Grated cheese
 Parsley sprigs

Directions

Combine flaked tuna, sauce or soup, vegetables and sliced eggs.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Heat gently.
Turn into a tureen and garnish with slices of tomato sprinkled with grated cheese.
Place under a hot grill to melt the cheese.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
