Tuna Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna fish | 7 Ounce | |
| 3/4 pint white sauce or 10 oz. can tomato or mushroom soup | ||
| 12 oz. cooked vegetables such as green peas, sliced carrots, cut celery, sliced onion | ||
| Eggs | 3 , hardboiled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Tomato slices | ||
| Grated cheese | ||
| Parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
Combine flaked tuna, sauce or soup, vegetables and sliced eggs.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Heat gently.
Turn into a tureen and garnish with slices of tomato sprinkled with grated cheese.
Place under a hot grill to melt the cheese.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
