Tuna Cheese Grill Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole wheat bread slice | 1 , toasted | |
| Reduced-calorie margarine - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Tomato | 1/4 | |
| Canned tuna | 1 1/2 Ounce, drained, flaked | |
| Reduced-calorie mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Dijon-style mustard - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper - A dash | ||
| Low-fat American cheese - 1 ounce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Use the margarine to spread 1 side of the toast.
2) On a small baking sheet or piece of foil, place the toast, margarine side down.
3) On the toast, arrange the tomato slices. Set aside.
4) Combine together all the remaining ingredients, except for the cheese, in a small bowl.
5) Spoon the mixture all over the tomato slices. Top with the cheese.
6) Broil the toast about 3-inches from the heat source till the cheese has melted and the top is lightly browned. This usually takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
