1 can PET® Evaporated Skimmed Milk
 
1 1/2 teaspoons all purpose flour
 
1 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
 
2 cups broccoli flowerets, cooked
 
1 can tuna packed in spring water, drained
 
4 ounces corkscrew noodles, cooked according to package directions and drained
 
1/3 cup chopped onion

Directions

In large saucepan, whisk together evaporated milk and flour; cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese; stir until cheese melts.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook until heated through.
