Tuna Casserole Recipe
My love for tuna casserole developed during high school days. It is the answer when you look for a tasty main dish. The primary ingredient in this is seafood. Just try this tuna casserole recipe and see how you get hooked to it!
Ingredients
4 slices bread
1/2 cup (125 ml) hot milk
8 ounces (227 g) sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
1 green pepper, quartered and seeded
1 small onion, quartered
1 can (6 1 /2 ounces or 184 g) tuna, drained
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) pepper
Directions
Assemble Grinder with Coarse Disc.
Grind green pepper, onion, cheese, and bread into large bowl.
Assemble Mixer.
Combine all ingredients on LOW until well mixed.
Put into 1-quart (1 liter) casserole.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
