Ingredients

 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 All purpose flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Swisscheese - 1 cup, shredded
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Sour cream1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Broccoli Florets - 2 cups, cut into bite sized pieces
 Egg noodles package1/2
 Canned tuna2
 Swisscheese - 1/2 cup
 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted (Topping)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a 12 cup baking dish, portion the butter and microwave for 30 seconds
2) Add the celery, green onion, garlic and microwave on high for 3 minutes till soft
3) Tip in flour and milk and microwave on high for 8 minutes, taking care to blend the milk using a whisk
4) Add the cheese and mustard
5) Combine the sour cream, stir well and add salt and pepper to taste
6) Cover the baking dish and keep aside
7) Onto a dish, arrange the florets with the florets facing in
8) Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water
9) Cover with cling film and microwave the broccoli on high for 2 minutes
10) Combine the white sauce, egg noodles, tuna and broccoli
11) Microwave on high for 10minutes, with a lid on the dish

FINALIZING
12) Combine the cheese, crumbs and butter
13) Top the pasta with the crumb mixture and microwave for 2 minutes till the cheese has melted

SERVING
14) Serve warm
