|Low sodium tuna in water||12 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can, Albacore)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Scallions||2 , minced|

|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free egg substitute||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Kaiser rolls/Crusty hamburger rolls||4|

In a cup, combine the mayonnaise, egg and ketchup.
Pour over the tuna and mix well.
Form into 4 patties.
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the patties in the oil until browned and heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
