Tuna Buffet Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Elbow macaroni | 8 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Tuna | 10 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Cucumbers | 4 Large, pared | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 2 1/2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise | ||
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon wedges | ||
| Snipped parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Cook macaroni except use 3 times the amount of water and salt.
Drain; rinse in cold water.
Combine macaroni, tuna, cucumber and onion in large bowl.
Mix salad dressing, salt and pepper; pour over macaroni mixture and toss.
Chill thoroughly.
