Tuna Broccoli Bake Recipe

Ingredients
2 10-ounce packages frozen cut broccoli
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 9 1/4-ounce can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
3 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges

Directions
Cook broccoli according to package directions; set aside, in saucepan melt butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Carefully stir in cooked broccoli, tuna, and hard-cooked eggs.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400° till mixture is heated through, 20 to 25 minutes.
