1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 3/4ounces) condensed chicken broth
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rice, uncooked
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 can (about 7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup cooked Italian green beans
Directions
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add broth, rice, water chestnuts, and soy.
Bring to a boil; stir.
Reduce heat.
Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until rice is done and all liquid is absorbed.
Add tuna and beans.
Heat; stir occasionally.
