 1/2 Haas avocado, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
 Cannellini beans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed (Salad:)
 1 roasted red pepper, drained and patted dry, cut into strips
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon (Salad:)

Directions

1. For the dressing: Mix oil, lemon juice, onion, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
2. For the salad: Break tuna into large chunks in a salad bowl. Add avocado, beans, and roasted pepper. Pour dressing over; season with pepper, and toss gently.
