Ingredients

 Tuna1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 Celery1 Tablespoon, minced
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
 Prepared horseradish3 Tablespoon, drained
 8 slices of toast, each cut into 4 triangles
 Chopped parsley

Directions

Mix tuna, celery, and mayonnaise to a paste.
Add butter and horseradish and mix well.
Spread on toast and sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 32 triangles.
