2 cans (1 pound 3 ounces each) chick peas or Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) light or white tuna in water, drained and flaked
4 medium-size stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and diced but not peeled
10 radishes, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, coarsely chopped
4 cups bite-size pieces of lettuce (any kind)
