Tuna And Artichoke Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice vermicelli package | 1 | |
| Chicken flavor- 2 jars (6 ozs each), marinated artichokes heart | ||
| Green onions with tops- 6, sliced | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Water | 1 , drained (As required) | |
| Low calorie mayonnaise- 1/2 cup | ||
| Plain yogurt or reduced calorie sour cream- 1/2 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium pan, combine rice-vermicelli mix, contents of seasoning packet and 2-1/2 cups water, then boil and cover and simmer for 1 5 minutes, afterwards cool it
2. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade from one jar and combine artichokes, green onion, green pepper and tuna with rice
3. Combine marinade, mayonnaise, yogurt and curry powder and gently fold dressing into rice mixture and chill several hours
SERVING
4. Serve with garlic bread and salads
