Grilled Tuber
GETTING READY
1. Coat the tuber with black pepper, white pepper and salt.
2. In a small mixing bowl, place softened butter, crumble the blue cheese and mix.
MAKING
3. In a grilling pan, heat olive oil and place the marinated tuber, cook it tender and brown from both sides.
SERVING
4. Apply blue cheese butter on the grilled tuber.
Salad
GETTING READY
1. Chop the avocado and cut ino tomato into halves.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, place the halved tomato and green onions.
3. In the bowl with tomatoes and green onion, add chopped avocado.
SERVING
4. Garnish with grated blue cheese.
Vinegar Sauce
GETTING READY
1.Chop green onions.
MAKING
2.In a blender jar add 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion and pepper sauce.
3.Add blue cheese, blend again.
Pasta
GETTING READY
1. Boil the spaghetti pasta.
MAKING
2. In a serving bowl, place the pasta, pour the baked tomato and toss. Grate some blue cheese.
3. In individual serving bowls, place the prepared salad and top with the vinegar sauce.
SERVING
4. Serve hot with your choice of beverage.
