Ingredients

 Rice cakes1 Cup (16 tbs)

 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion1 Large, sliced
 Carrot1 Large, sliced
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, crushed

 Boiled eggs2
 Ramen1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green onions1 Cup (16 tbs)
 White sugar1 Tablespoon

 Ketchup1 Tablespoon

Directions

Soak the rice cakes in water for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the stock in a deep pan, add all the stock ingredients and boil for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients, mix well and keep aside.
In a large shallow pan, saute the cabbage, onion and carrots in the oil, until soft. Stir in the sauce over a low heat, and strain over the stock. Add the rice cakes, garlic, fish cakes,and bring to a boil. Further add the eggs and ramen alongwith the white sugar. Simmer until done and the sauce is thickened.
