Truffles Cakes Recipe

This amazingly delicious truffle cake takes in ground almonds and apricot jam. A great way to delight your sweet tooth in!

Ingredients

 
4 oz. any cake crumbs
 
4 oz. ground almonds (substitute will do)
 
2 tblspns, warmed smooth apricot jam

Directions

Mix all this well together and form into small balls.
Dip each into thin water icing (icing sugar mixed with cold water) using a fork, and roll in chocolate vermicelli until thoroughly coated all round.
Leave to set.
Serve in small paper cases.
