Truffles Recipe
Ingredients
| White sugar | 7 Ounce | |
| Box frosting mix | ||
| Cocoa | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 eggyolks | ||
| 1 tsp brandy flavoring | ||
Directions
Beat egg yolks until light and slightly thick.
Add frosting mix, cocoa and brandy flavoring.
Stir until completely blended.
If needed, add water to make a workable paste.
Shape dough into small balls.
Place on waxed paper and let firm several hours in refrigerator.
