Trout in Foil Recipe
Ingredients
| Trout | 2 Small, washed | |
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mint | 1 Teaspoon, chopped |
Directions
Mix the butter with the lemon juice and mint.
Place half of this mixture into the cavitv of each trout.
Cut out two 12-inch squares of foil and place a trout on each.
Fold the foil over the trout and seal.
Steam for 15 minutes.
Serve in the foil with lemon wedges.
