Trout In Creamy Herb Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp onion, chopped
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp thyme
6 2 oz trout fillets
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
Set aside.
In a buttered ovenproof dish, place fillets.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Coat with sauce.
Cook uncovered in oven 15 minutes or until flesh turns opaque.
Cover with aluminum foil for last 5 minutes of cooking.
