Tropical Stuffed Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup orange sections, halved
1 cup grapefruit sections, halved
1 cup pineapple wedges
3 avocados
Lemon juice
Directions
Combine 2 tablespoons lemon juice and honey; marinate oranges, grapefruit, and pineapple 1 hour in this mixture.
Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pits.
Brush inside of avocados with lemon juice.
Fill cavities with fruit mixture.
