The tropical smoothie is a beautiful and filling smoothie made with assorted fruits of choice. frozen and then pureed with orange juice and honey, the tropical smoothie can charge you up in the morning.

Ingredients

 
1 banana
 
1/2 cup sliced strawberries 125 mL
 
1/2 cup cubed mango 125 mL
 
1/2 cup orange juice 125 mL
 
1 tbsp honey, or more to taste 15 mL
 
1 tbsp lemon juice 15 mL

Directions

Cut up banana.
Spread banana, strawberries and mango on baking sheet and place in freezer.
Freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
Place frozen fruit in food processor or blender.
Add orange juice, honey and lemon juice.
Puree until smooth.
Serve in dessert dishes with a spoon, or in a glass with a straw.
