Tropical Fruit Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium banana peeled and sliced into1-inch pieces | ||
| Star fruit | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| 1/2 inch thick | ||
| 1 small pineapple cored and cut into | ||
| 1-inch cubes | ||
| 1/2 of a medium papaya peeled seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons lime juice, Dash curry powder | ||
Directions
On six 12-inch skewers alternately thread banana, carambola, pineapple, and papaya, leaving space between pieces.
For sauce, combine honey, lime juice, and curry powder.
Place kabobs in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 3 minutes.
Brush with some of the sauce and grill about 5 minutes more or till heated through.
Just before serving, brush kabobs with remaining sauce.
