Tropical Fruit Jam Recipe
The tropical fruit jam is made with fruits like magoes, passion fruit and paw paw. Cooked along with pectin and flavored with lime juice, the tropical fruit jam is sweetened with sugar and can be sealed and stored for later.
Ingredients
2 large mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 small pawpaw, chopped
2 passionfruit
1/4 cup lime juice
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon pectin
Directions
1.
Combine mangoes, pawpaw and lime juice in a 3-litre casserole.

Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on HIGH.

Stir in passionfruit pulp, sugar and pectin.
Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes on HIGH.

Test that jam gels.

Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
