Tropical Fruit Bowls Recipe

Ingredients
3 grapefruit
Granulated sugar
2 kiwifruit
1 cup chopped peeled mango or pear 250 mL
1 cup red grapes 250 mL
Directions
Cut grapefruit in half.
Using grapefruit knife, remove segments and place in bowl.
Squeeze juice from shells onto grapefruit; sweeten with sugar to taste.
Discard pith and membranes.
Wrap shells in damp towel.
Refrigerate shells and grapefruit for up to 12 hours.
Just before serving, peel, halve and slice kiwifruit; add to grapefruit along with mango and grapes.
Spoon into grapefruit shells.
Drizzle any juices over fruit.
