Ingredients

 
2 8-ounce containers pirla colada yogurt
 
10 small macaroons, crushed
 
1 large pineapple Sliced kiwi Sliced papaya Seedless grapes Sliced peaches Assorted berries

Directions

Stir yogurt until creamy in a medium bowl.
Blend in macaroon pieces.
Chill several hours.
Slice top off pineapple, about 1 inch below bottom of leaves; hollow out center, reserving shell.
Cut pineapple fruit into chunks; remove core.
Fill shell with yogurt mixture; place in center of a large platter.
Arrange pineapple chunks, kiwi, papaya, grapes, peaches and berries around pineapple shell.
