Tropical Crab Sandwiches Recipe
This Tropical Crab Sandwiches is from my Mom's cookbook; an easy to prepare treat for a family get together! An irresitible Tropical Crab Sandwiches is something you must not want to miss out on!
Ingredients
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) Alaska king crab (or fresh)
1 can (8 1/4 0Z.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup coarsely chopped cashews ormacadamia nuts
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 English muffins, halved and toasted
Directions
Drain and slice canned crab, reserving leg pieces forgarnish.
Combine with all but muffins.
Spread mixture on muffins and place under broiler until piping hot.
Garnish with leg pieces. (Can use other buns, or French bread)
