Tropical Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/3 Teaspoon | |
| Spinach | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Sesame seed | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
Directions
For salad dressing, in a screw-top jar combine salad oil, orange peel, orange juice, lemon juice, dry mustard, and salt.
Cover jar and shake well.
Chill for several hours Before serving, in a salad bowl combine torn spinach, mandarin orange sections, fresh mushroom slices, and toasted sesame seed.
Pour dressing over salad; toss together.
