Tropical Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup Original Quick Brown Rice
1 1/2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 (3 1/2-ounec) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can or 1 1/3 cups shredded sweetened coconut
2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
In medium saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions using water and salt.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; add cooked rice to pudding mixture, stirring to combine.
