Tropical Pineapple Cream Cheese Tart Recipe
Ingredients

| Pie crust | 1 , refrigerated | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 1 Small (FILLING) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (FILLING) | |
| Coconut extract | 1 Teaspoon (FILLING) | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 (FILLING) | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz) (TOPPING) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon (TOPPING) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450°F
MAKING
2. Unroll the crust on a work surface, sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and roll it lightly with a rolling pin
3. Press the crust in the bottom of a 10" trt pan with removable bottom, with the sugar side facing up; trim away the edges if needed
4. Bake for almost ten minutes till golden brown; remove from the oven and allow to cool while the filling is prepared; turn the temperature down to 400°F
5. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese over medium speeed until fluffy, add quarter cup of sugar, coconut extract and egg to it and beat till blended
6. Pour this batter into the partially baked shell, top carefully with th pineapple adn bake for twenty five minutes till the filling is puffer around the edges
7. In a small saucepan, mix the quarter cup of pineapple syrup with cornstarch till smooth and cook it over medium flame till it boils and thickens
8. Spoon this glaze over trhe pineapple; allow to cool completely, say an hour
