Tropical Fruit Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/4 cups nonfat buttermilk | ||
| Mango | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Kiwifruit | 3 Medium, quartered | |
| Juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Banana | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Lime juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor, top with cover, and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Scoop into individual dessert bowls, and serve immediarely.
