 2 1/4 cups nonfat buttermilk
 Mango1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Kiwifruit3 Medium, quartered
 Juice concentrate1 Can (10oz), frozen
 Banana1 Medium, peeled
 Lime juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey3 Tablespoon
 Coconut extract1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor, top with cover, and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Scoop into individual dessert bowls, and serve immediarely.
