Tropical Fruit Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Fruit | 300 Milliliter | |
| 2 bananas, sliced cocktail juice | ||
| Pears | 2 , quartered | |
| Gelatine envelope | 1 , sliced | |
| Guavas | 398 Milliliter | |
Directions
1. Place 4 tablespoons of the fruit cocktail juice in a small pan, sprinkle over the gelatine and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Heat gently until dissolved, then mix with the remaining juice in a bowl.
2. Drain the guavas and add the syrup to the bowl. Slice the guavas and add to the bowl with the bananas and pears.
3. Pour into 4 or 6 individual moulds, depending on their size; alternatively pour into a 900 ml (32/3 cup) mould. Chill for 2 hours, to set.
