Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of the juice.
Halve orange slices, Combine fruits; reserve 1/2 cup for dieter.
Add coconut to remainder.
Chill fruit.
Combine cheese and reserved pineapple juice, Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture atop dieter's portion, Stir brown sugar into the remaining cheese mixture; spoon atop regular servings of the fruit-coconut mixture.
