Ingredients

 Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons light rum or orange liqueur (optional)
 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground
 1 mango, peeled and pitted
 1 papaya, peeled and seeded
 Kiwi fruit2 , peeled
 Pineapple3 Cup (16 tbs), cubed

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the papaya and mango into cubes.
2. Slice the kiwi fruit into cubes.

MAKING
3. Take a medium size saucepan and mix together pineapple juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, rum, honey, and ginger.
4. Bring it to boil on medium high heat. And boil for 1 minute.
5. Mix the prepared fruits in a bowl and add the syrup on the top.
6. Let it cool at room temperature along with the fruits.

SERVING
7. Serve chilled in a colorful platter.
