Tropical Fruit Compote Recipe

| Lemon juice | ||
| Kiwifruit | 2 , peeled | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Papaya | 1 , cut in to chunks | |
Directions
Cut banana into chunks.
Place in medium bowl; toss with enough lemon juice to coat to prevent browning.
Add kiwifruit, pineapple and papaya; mix lightly.
Cover; refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spoon fruit mixture into individual dessert dishes; sprinkle with coconut.
