| Turkey cutlets - 2 thin (3 ounces each) | ||

Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat barbecue or gas grill on medium for 10 minutes.
2. In a 9-inch pie plate, blend barbecue sauce in 1 tablespoon water.
3. Add turkey to the sauce mixture; turn to coat with sauce.
4. Remove the turkey to a plate and keep aside.
5. Add rest of the ingredients to the remaining sauce and mix to coat well.
6. Grease the grilling rack with a nonstick cooking spray.
MAKING
7. On the sprayed rack, arrange turkey, fruits, and vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes until fruits and vegetables are browned and turkey is no longer pink; baste with barbecue sauce and turn once.
SERVING
8. Serve immediately.
