Tropic Avocado Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 avocado, stoned and peeled
2 tbs lime juice 30 mL
1/2 tsp each, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, curry powder 2 mL
3 tbs mayonnaise 45 mL
1/3 cup chopped black or green olives 75 mL
1/4 tsp garlic salt 1 mL
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut the avocado into quarters.
Mash with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and blend or beat for a minute or so.
