Triticale Nut Drops Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 1/2 cups triticale flour | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon crushed anise seeds | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine eggs, oil, honey and vanilla.
Combine flour, salt, spices and nuts, and add to liquid ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheet, press flat with the bottom of a glass which has been dipped in water, and top with a walnut piece if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on rack.
