FUNGUS BLACK 50 g
GINGER 15 g
SALT TO TASTE
SUGAR 03 g
AGINOMOTTO 03 g
STOCK 200 ml
WINE 05 ml
SESAME OIL 03 ml

Directions
1. Sautee blanched mushroom with ginger in oil
