Ingredients

 Large Bermuda onion - 1 , cut into 8 thin slices
 Large oranges - 2, peeled and cut into 6 slices each
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/8 Teaspoon, crushed
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Orange juice1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Ripe olives2 Tablespoon, sliced
  black pepper1

Directions

MAKING
1 In a glassdish, place onion and oranges.
2 In a bowl, combine salt, oregano, oil, orange, and lemon juice.
3 Pour over the onion and oranges.
4 Marinate for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
5 On the beds of crisp lettuce, arrange oranges and onion alternating 3 orange slices and 2 onion slices per serving.
6 Top with olives.
7 Spoon on the marinade.
8 Generously sprinkle with pepper.
