Triple Dogs Recipe Video

July is National Hot Dog month, so this week I am cooking up some tasty hot dogs for the Fourth of July weekend. If you are outside grilling for the holiday, give these simple recipes a try. These three hot dog recipes are easy to make, and your family and guests will love them.

 Tomatillo salsa1 Tablespoon (MEXICAN DOG)
 Avocado1 Medium, sliced (MEXICAN DOG)
 Cayenne pepper1 Pinch (MEXICAN DOG)
 Crushed red pepper1 Pinch (MEXICAN DOG)
 Chili1 Tablespoon (CAROLINA DOG)
 Coleslaw1 Tablespoon (CAROLINA DOG)
 Yellow mustard1 Dash (CAROLINA DOG)
 Macaroni and cheese1 Tablespoon (AMERICAN DOG)
 Dill pickle wedge1 (Few pieces (AMERICAN DOG))
 Tomato1 Medium, chopped finely (AMERICAN DOG)
 Bacon rasher1 , sliced (AMERICAN DOG)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cook the beef franks on the grill until it is done.
2. Chop the tomatoes.
3. Slice the avocadoes.
4. Grate the cheese.

MAKING
5. MEXICAN DOG: Toast the hot dog buns and add cheese to the centre of the bun.
6. Place beef frank on top of the cheese, and coat with the tomatillo salsa, sliced avocado and seasoning.
7. CAROLINA DOG: Toast the hot dog buns and place beef frank in the center of the bun. Top with Cole slaw, chili and yellow mustard.
8. AMERICAN DOG: Toast the hot dog buns and place beef frank in the center of the bun.
9. Add macaroni & cheese and dill pickle along the sides of the frank.
10. Cover with chunks of tomato and pieces of crushed bacon.

SERVING
11. On a serving plate, serve them hot.
